It is completely normal. For the moment, our products are only available through Amazon services.

To order, you simply need, on our products pages, to click on Order on Amazon button. You will then arrive on Amazon website. You would need to create an account on Amazon in order to purchase our products.

In your Amazon account:

If your order hasn’t shipped:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Click Cancel Items.
  3. If you plan to cancel multiple items, select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  4. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order has shipped:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Click on Request Cancellation button.

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.

If your order consists of multiple shipments, then select the item(s) you wish to cancel and if multiple items are shipped in a single shipment, then clicking on ‘Request Cancellation’ button will cancel your entire order.

Delivery takes between 1 business day after dispatch for Amazon Prime members, to up to 3 – 5 days for normal Amazon members.

In your Amazon account:

To check the tracking status of your order, follow the steps given below:

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Click on the Track Package button next to the order that you wish to track.

Thank you for shopping with Dolbomy! While we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes there is a need to return or exchange products. If you find yourself in this situation, we invite you start the process by obtaining a Return Authorisation by contacting our Customer Service team at [email protected]

All requests for refunds or exchanges of products purchased on must be received within 30 days of purchase. The items must still be inside its original packaging, and in unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Your credit card will be refunded for the original purchase price, once the returned product is received by us. There are no refunds on shipping fees, sale, or discontinued items.

After you’ve followed the prompts in the Online Returns Center page:

  1. Prepare your package for return.
    Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
  2. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
